Start Borg Patch

Written for: Angband 2.9.2 with APW Borg, but should work with other
Angband and Borg versions since the changes are restricted to 'main.c'.

Description:
This patch adds a new '-b' command-line option to Angband that starts the
Borg without requiring further player interaction. It works with savefiles
of living or dead characters as well as without a savefile, generating a
new random character if necessary.

The patch turns on the "cheat_live" option, so that the APW Borg can
automatically restart.  You might want to remove that part for Borgs
without that feature.
