This "exclude" file allows users of FS98 to use the arizona.zip 
or arizona2.zip scenery without having Mr. Gates' buildings and
towers popping up in inconvenient places, like the middle of 
runways.  Just add it to the scenery directory.  You may also 
then delete the three exclude files already in there (gcn_exc.bgl,
phx_exc.bgl, tus_exc.bgl).
