Unzip all files into a temporary directory and read the manual

Kansas 98.doc before installing this scenery.  DO NOT INSTALL

WITHOUT READING THE INSTRUCTIONS!  DO NOT JUST UNZIP THE FILES

IMMEDIATELY INTO A DIRECTORY WITHOUT READING THE MANUAL!!

File locations can be important!
