* Installation Instructions                                      *

  To run WebGraphics Optimizer, you MUST have Windows 95 or
  Windows NT. WebGraphics Optimizer will not work on earlier
  versions of Windows like Windows 3.1.

  To obtain a copy of Wegbraphics Optimizer Preview Release 1, 
  download the packed file (weboptb1.zip) into a temporary
  directory and unzip it using an unzip utility like WinZip.

  Then double click on the executable file named setup.exe
  to start the installation process automatically.

  You can't load and save pictures using any LZW-based compression,
  including GIF and compressed TIFF formats.

  The Final Version of WebGraphics Optimizer will be fully
  functional for all GIF and TIFF formats, including interlaced,
  transparent and animated GIF.

- The program may terminate if you try to open an unsupported
  graphics format, especially compressed TIFF files.
