This is a frame I grabbed from the FOX (WFLD-32 Chicago) long promos for
Animaniacs- This is part of a 2 second skirt flash, I would have grabbed
the entire sequence but I just happened to catch this while taping last
saturday's Taz-mania on EP, I had enough trouble getting this one frame
without too much "tearing"
