Parses BioPAX files and represents them in R, at the moment BioPAX level 2 and level 3 are supported.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.5") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("rBiopaxParser")
